PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project management process provides an experienced single point of contact to our clients throughout the process. Through our unique ADD™ process, each stage of any Walk to Work campaign is closely managed to ensure that all deliverables are provided on time and within budget. Each Walk-to-Work campaign is delivered through our ADD™ process, which includes a robust, transparent performance management process to provide the highest level of service.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS

W2W Solutions will assess potential landing gate locations on the installation. We will then use Metocean data to assess likely sea states and directions to calculate realistically attainable uptimes for each calendar month of the campaign. W2W Solutions are also experienced in access gate design, installation and commissioning. We can provide this service as may be required.

MARINE SPECIALISTS

Our team of experienced DP Master Mariners will develop; implement marine operating procedures tailored to suit the specific requirements of each campaign. We will also provide an on-board Marine Specialist to oversee the implementation of each stage of the marine operating procedures. Our on-board Marine Specialists provide a Walk to Work knowledgeable interface between the marine team and offshore campaign management.

VESSEL & GANGWAY SELECTION

Choosing the right vessel and gangway is a key decision in any Walk to Work campaign, at W2W Solutions, we work with our client to identify the operational requirements of any campaign. Being completely independent in the market, we can source the optimal vessel & gangway combination to meet your campaign requirements. We carry all of the in-house.

OFFSHORE MANAGEMENT

W2W Solutions have an impressive track record in offshore leadership and Walk to Work management – our visible offshore support covers offshore execution management, marine, Heli-Admin, materials management, HSE and medic co-ordination as may be required (in any combination) by the client. Our team will manage the smooth operation offshore, ensuring client work parties are fully optimised and focussed on their core roles.

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

In conjunction with your Projects & Logistics teams,  we will develop and implement a single logistics plan accessed and used by all key stakeholders.  We will help ensure materials & personnel logistics for your campaign are optimised and all requirements are dealt with efficiently.

PROCESS & PROCEDURES

W2W Solutions is experienced in developing and implementing all required Walk to Work processes and procedures. Our focus is on ensuring the safety of all crew, workers and assets involved with any campaign. We can also develop and implement any Safety Case changes that may be required to allow Walk to Work operations at the client’s offshore facility.
