This stage will begin with a review of your offshore work campaign objectives and how best they can be achieved.

• How many offshore hours are required to be liquidated as part of your campaign and over what time period?
• What (if any) additional POB capacity requirements do you require to achieve the campaign objectives?
• How best can additional POB capacity be provided efficiently e.g. via helicopter shuttling, a Walk to Work vessel, a flotel, or jack-up accommodation barge?
• Do you have your own Walk to Work plans developed? If “yes”, we can provide an assurance service to assess your plans highlighting any process, cost or time savings that can be achieved. We will ensure your plans are as safe and economic as practicable towards achieving your campaign objectives.

We will perform a full appraisal on how best to achieve your objectives, and compile a report showing the various options and how they compare from a cost & time perspective. The report will include a year-round assessment of what access and uptime to expect from each option.

Our verification & assurance service has been developed as a tool to support organisations with an in-house team, ensuring your Work to Work plans are robust from a safety, efficiency & cost perspective and maximum productivity is achieved from your campaign.

With our years of building and delivering campaigns, we have been able to design a proven blueprint for success that can be utilised to provide the assurance required before commencing your campaign. This will include looking to see that appropriate contingencies are in place.

We will also compare your plans versus perceived industry “best practice” and highlight any opportunities to further optimise your Walk to Work campaign.

We are also happy to work with your in-house team to address any issues/opportunities identified during this process

When you decide to proceed with your Walk to Work campaign, W2W Solutions will develop a detailed plan to meet your objectives.

Our expertise will ensure your chosen method of providing the requisite additional POB capacity is the most cost and time effective.

The plans will cover:

• A selection of preferred way of providing additional POB capacity
• A detailed budget for costing the campaign
• Any engineering modifications required (e.g. landing points for gangway offshore)
• Developing appropriate processes and  procedures for the Walk to Work campaign
• Developing any safety case amendments
• Developing integrated logistic plans
• Details of reporting requirements & client/W2W Solutions interfaces

A robust project plan will be produced incorporating all aspects required for a successful campaign.
Following this, we will commercially secure and begin your Work to Work solution. This will include preparing all necessary documentation to facilitate the W2W project and implementing any enabling scope (e.g. engineering of deck landing points) required to access the facility.

We will mobilise the offshore execution teams and the onshore support team to ensure safe and efficient schedule delivery of the campaign in the field.

This includes:

• Securing the required Walk to Work assets (see above)
• Agree on a commencement date for the project
• Develop mobilisation plans accordingly
• Mobilise & deliver the plan
• Report progress & costs both during the campaign and also at the end of the project

Following the execution, we will also conduct a closeout session to review performance and gather all feedback required to provide a report that also captures value-adding lessons.
